Praying For One Another
Prayer is a vital part of a Christian’s personal walk with God and of church ministry.
“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.”
Ephesians 6:18- Prayer is a significant part of our worship services.
- More than a dozen small groups during the week (see small groups) give people opportunity to give thanks together and pray for one another. Needs in the church and the community may also be brought to the Lord
- Personal prayer for others. We encourage you to pray for others using a model prayer like Colossians 1:9 – 14, Philippians 1:9 – 11 or Ephesians 3:14 – 19.
If you would like to submit a request for prayer please do so by sending an email to . Your prayer request will be circulated to members and friends at College Heights Baptist Church via email.
“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
James 5:13We hope that you’ll join us to that end!
