Ness Lake Bible Camp is THRILLED to announce that registration for 2021 summer day camps is NOW LIVE!

Camp will look a bit different this year, we will be offering day camps in place of our usual overnight camp program. To assist in transportation, we are offering bussing for all our campers to and from camp each day. Prayers for family & missionaries

Lyndell & Paulo Requia, Brazil: Pray for Lyndell (she is doing her doctoral studies) to complete her literature review by April. For growing faith for the three couples in their church who have recently accepted Christ. For continued endurance and protection. For recovery for Lyndell’s father who had emergency surgery in Edmonton this week.

Jeff & Sonya Kilmartin, Cameroon & Nigeria: Jeff will have his first teaching assignment of this new season, some time the middle of next month when he will embark on a 3-city tour, teaching Old Testament Survey 1&2, and possibly Philosophy of Religion - if I get the notes in time! I will soon start preparing for those things, but meanwhile our major task has been getting back into serious language study. While in Canada we were still working on it, but there was naturally some slippage. Being among our F*lfulde-speaking it is coming back in a flood, but prayer is of course needed here.

CHBC ministries

The Compassion committee would like to make our congregation aware of a service opportunity. The Prince George Royal Purple has been assembling hospital kits of toiletries (etc.) for out-of-town patients for years. This year, due to COVID-19, they can’t get together to assemble the kits even though there are more out-of-town patients than ever at the UHNBC. They are asking for assistance from the community to remotely assemble kits. If you are interested, please email them. For more information on this initiative, please see this link.

As always, if you or someone you know in our congregation or community is in need of assistance, please contact the Compassion Committee.

Tithes & Offering

CHBC supports missionaries and non-profit organizations that depend on us for their livelihood and to meet their financial needs.  As you continue to care for your family, please consider giving your tithes and offerings to these ministries as you have done so generously in the past.

There are several ways to donate to CHBC Ministries:

  • Use the Interac machine in the foyer
  • Put your donation in the Tithe box in the foyer
  • Use E-transfer to giving@mychbc.ca
  • Go online to our website and follow the link http://mychbc.ca/giving/ At the bottom of the page there is a link to Canada Helps.

GOD BE WITH YOU UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!
