Please bring new or gently used and clean gloves, hats, coats, or boots. New socks are needed as well. Men’s (especially) and women’s sizes. Please drop off in box in the foyer starting November 23. We will be collecting items until Sunday, December 7th.

Prayers for family & missionaries

Cristyn Bergen, IVCF: Please read the attached Christmas letter from Cristyn. She shares some exciting news as well as a good update on campus ministry, including several links to enjoy!

Dave & Crystie Tarr, Nordegg Church, Vision Ministries: Dave continues to work for Goldeye as well as the ministry with Nordegg Church, including visits with community members, running Gym Night, Celebrate Recovery, Men’s Prayer, and putting together the service for Church. Cristyn has also been helping with Gym Night, music for the service, keeping the books for the Church as well as trying to keep up her studio, community newsletter, organizing the Church’s special events and working at the Post Office. This means that they are both very busy and need to seek God’s wisdom about how to keep a balance in their lives between employment and ministry. Please pray with them for wisdom, guidance, and direction. They are passionate for what God is doing at the Nordegg Church and the community.

The Church has begun supporting an international organization called Fathers House (one of their congregation members works for them), and they have sent another individual on a short-term mission trip. They had their annual Thanksgiving dinner for people in town and welcomed 25 people who had a wonderful time! They are doing Christmas hampers, a carolling service, the Christmas Eve service and TaOtha Movie night.
