Curtis first joined College Heights Baptist in June 1998 as the Youth Pastor and has had the privilege of serving the church in a variety of roles ever since. He is passionate about helping people discover the hope of Jesus through practical, Bible-centered teaching and authentic community. He and his wife, Sue, have raised their two now-adult children in Prince George. Outside of ministry, he enjoys walking the dogs, embracing his inner introvert, and following sports—especially cheering on the Calgary Flames, even when it requires a lot of faith.

Todd joined the pastoral team at College Heights in 2017 and loves the people side of ministry—getting to know people, hearing their stories, sharing a laugh, and encouraging them as they follow Jesus. He helps oversee a variety of adult ministries and regularly shares in the preaching and teaching at CHBC.

A true extrovert, Todd is almost always up for a conversation and believes life and ministry are better with a healthy dose of humour. When he’s not at the church, you’ll often find him hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors, or enjoying time with family and friends. Todd is married to Charla, and together they have three kids: Trace, Hudson, and Farrah.

Scott and his wife Melissa moved to Prince George in June of 2026 to join CHBC as the Pastor of Ministry Development. They have three beautiful girls and together they like to spend time walking trails, going swimming, and having movie nights. Scott has been in pastoral ministry since 2019 and gets excited about building opportunities for people to go deeper in their discipleship journey.

AJ and his family moved to Prince George in December, 2021 and he's joined us as our Youth and Young Adult Pastor. He is excited about ministry to young people and loves to share the gospel. He also enjoys playing all kinds of games--especially board games and video games. He refers to himself as an "indoor enthusiast!"

He and his wife Jen have two girls, Adalyn and Emily.

Joyel and her family have been attending CHBC since 2005 and have been involved in various aspects of church ministry.

Joyel has a real heart for children and is enthusiastic about helping them learn how much God loves them. She loves to support children and their families to grow closer to Christ together. Joyel enjoys going for walks and coffee and would love to connect with you while enjoying one or both of those activities!

Joyel and her husband, Dezene, have two boys, Elijah and Marcus.

Nikki and her family started attending College Heights Baptist Church in February 2019 after moving from Langley BC. She joined the staff in June 2025 and loves working with Joyel. Nikki helps keep things organized and makes sure everything is ready for the kids each week so they can find out more about God’s love for them. She enjoys all things organizing!! Also, cooking and being outside walking and biking.

Nikki and her husband Jeff have two boys, Joel and Mark.

Becky Brookhart has been with College Heights Baptist Church since 2001 and has served as the part time Administrative Secretary and Bookkeeper since 2009. She loves to sing, read a good book and paint watercolor pictures with her granddaughters. She and her late husband, Ross enjoyed hospitality, ocean fishing, and a good board game.
